Residential and commercial property owners depend on their heating and air conditioning systems to keep the interior environment of their building comfortable. However, just because your HVAC makes the environment “comfortable” does not mean that you have an energy efficient structure. If you were to perform an energy audit of your building, you may be surprised to learn about the amount of heat that escapes through the building’s roof, walls sockets, windows and doorways. This can amount to a 30% to 40% of the energy costs, according to the US Department of Energy.

Blown in foam insulation provides an effective cost-efficient solution to seal and insulate a variety of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Sprayed Polyurethane Foam: High R-Value

SPF offer more thermal resistance capacity with less material compared to other types of commercial insulation materials. Depending on the formulation and application, sprayed polyurethane foam has a higher R-value per inch of thickness than any commercial material -- up to R-7.0. Fiberglass has an R-3.5 rating per inch of thickness.

Eliminate Air, Moisture and Gas Infiltration

Even for structures with the traditional fiberglass insulation stapled into the wall cavities, there is not an impenetrable barrier from top to bottom or end to end because the insulation system contains gaps which allows for air infiltration.

Spray foam insulation creates a tight seal that stops air leaks as well as moisture--99% of the moisture movement in a structure relates to air infiltration. The continuous air barrier of blown in foam also prevents the infiltration of gases and harmful pollutants.

Households and businesses want to cut costs, save money and be environmentally responsible. The loss of up to 40% of the energy for heating and cooling costs represents an opportunity to put money back into their pockets and lower their environmental footprints.

Reduce Noise Levels

Blown in foam insulation significantly minimizes noise levels that can invade office or living spaces. Elimination of unwanted sounds from the other side of the wall can make for a more useable and enjoyable space in commercial and residential spaces.
